Story of the film
The main character of the tale is Raghunath (Sanjeev Kumar), a respected and industrious man who is devoted to upholding his family’s honor. Interesting facts
According to Kishore Jariwala, Sanjeev Kumar raged at B.R. Isharra for signing his younger brother to the movie and summoned him to his home. Ishara was instructed by Sanjeev to take Kishore Jariwala for the music rather than the acting. According to Sanjeev, the family should consist of just one actor. Sanjeev was jealous of his talent and insecure, according to Kishore. Sanjeev refuted this assertion, saying he wanted his brothers to be independent and self-sufficient.
The 1992 film “Ghar Ki Laaj” by Balbir Kapoor Associates, which starred Anita Raaj, Aasif Sheikh, and Madhavi had music by Amar Utpal and was directed by Kalptaru, was shelved.
