Bekhudi movie is releasing on 31st July 1992 with Mix reviews from Critics and Box office wise Unsuccessful film.
This film earlier sign with Saif ali khan as a lead Actor with Kajol but after few scene shooting on , Director Rahul Rawail replaced the Saif by saying he is Unprofessional. During Shooting time of Saif and Actress Amrita Singh, whom he married in October 1991.

Bekhudi Film Story:
Rohit Gupta (Kamal Sadanah) is a law student and son of Justice Gupta (Kulbhushan Kharbanda). Rohit beats Rocky (Sanjeev Chitre) in a flying device model competition. Radhika (Kajol) is sister of Rocky and she joins the same college in which Rohit and Rocky are student. Rohit and Radhika meets, gets attracted to each other and eventually fall in love. When Rocky is caught cheating in annual exam, he threatens the invigilator and slaps Principal. A case is lodged against Rocky and he is convicted with 7 days jail by Justice Gupta. He is also rusticated from college. The parents (Tanuja) and (Vijayendra Ghatge) hides from Radhika about their son Rocky being jailed. Radhika’s aunt (Bua) (Farida Jalal) arrives from Edmonton, Canada and tells Radhika’s parents about her wish of marrying Radhika to Vicky (Ajay Mankotia) in Canada. Radhika’s father says that nowadays children decide their partner. Radhika tells her Bua that she is still a minor and cannot marry Vicky. Rohit’s father and Radhika’s father gets to know that their children are in love and agrees to meet at a hotel for their marriage related talks. Ahead of the meeting Rocky physically assaults Justice Gupta at the entrance of the hotel. Justice Gupta returns without meeting Radhika’s father.
Enraged by the incident, Rohit rushes to the hotel and fights with Rocky. During the fight, Rocky falls from the hotel rooftop despite Rohit’s effort to save him. Radhika’s parents blames Rohit for the death of their son Rocky and decides to marry Radhika to Vicky. Radhika do not blame Rohit knowing that her brother’s death was an accident. On Rohit’s continual efforts to meet Radhika, her parents send Radhika to Canada to her Bua. Justice Gupta asks his son Rohit to go to Canada in search of Radhika. Rohit, on reaching Canada, is duped of his luggage by a local crook Rambo (Rajendranath). Rohit and Radhika finds each other in Canada and Radhika runs away from her Bua’s house with Rohit. As 10 days were still left for Radhika to become a major (18 years age), Rohit and Radhika searches for a place to hide. Rambo, when caught by Rohit, takes them to a house claiming to be his own. On next morning Rohit and Radhika finds that Rambo has vanished and accidentally they have found shelter in Vicky’s house.
Vicky tells Rohit and Radhika that they can stay in this house and that he will get them married on Radhika’s birthday when she will be 18. Buaji also reaches Vicky’s house in search of Radhika. At that moment Radhika was taking a bath. Buaji sees Rohit but Rohit quickly goes outside to avoid her remembering him. Vicky tells Buaji that for Radhika’s whereabouts she should return to Edmonton where she has filed the missing complaint. Vicky watches Radhika coming out of bathroom and her wiping her body with the towel. Radhika and Rohit were having good time together and Vicky takes photos of them. Slowly and slowly Radhika felt a change in Vicky’s behaviour. When only one day was left for Radhika’s birthday, Vicky asks Rohit to go out for some task. Radhika feels uneasy and asks Rohit not to leave her.
Rohit says that she should not doubt Vicky and that it’s a matter of just one day and that he will return within 2 hours. Radhika finds that Vicky has torn all the photos removing Rohit from them with only Radhika left in the photos. She runs downstairs but finds both her parents there along with Vicky. All three get together and plan to force Radhika to marry Vicky. Vicky tells Rohit that he is going to marry Radhika and beats him till Rohit is unconscious. Rohit regains consciousness and thereafter Rambo helps Rohit reach the wedding venue. Rohit and Vicky fight with each other. Vicky again beats Rohit and asks Radhika to consent to marry him otherwise he will kill Rohit. Seeing Rohit’s life in danger, Radhika agrees to marry Vicky and gets ready. When Rohit congratulates her for getting married, she asks him to stay and watch this rape as she is being forcibly married by her parents to a person she don’t like.
She tells her parents that it is just like a rape when they are forcing their daughter against her wishes. Her parents and Buaji realises their mistakes. Vicky gets enraged and says that if Radhika will not marry him, nobody else can and fires a gun. Rohit and Radhika runs for their lives and Vicky chases them with a helicopter. Radhika gets a shot in her shoulder. Rohit too takes a helicopter and lets Vicky follow him and gets Vicky’s helicopter to crash. Rohit returns to Radhika who regains consciousness. The two meet and return with Radhika’s parents to India where Rohit’s father Justice Gupta is waiting for them at airport.
