Story of the film
Kesari Lal Singh (Sohum Shah), a timid common man, becomes embroiled in a spiraling mess in this uniquely silent comedy of errors when his wife, Pushpa (Nushrratt Bharuccha), leaves him because she believes he has been flirting with their neighbor, Kamini (Nora Fatehi). He hasn’t. However, before he can clear his name, a drug delivery that was delivered incorrectly starts a series of increasingly dire events, the worst of which is the discovery of a dead body in his house. Another corpse shows up as Kesari tries to make things right, transforming his home into a full-fledged crime scene. The chaos is further exacerbated when Police Inspector Hasmukh (Omkar Kapoor) shows up with his own personal purpose.

Review
The Times of India’s Archika Khurana gave it a 3 out of 5 star rating, saying that Ufff Yeh Siyapaa is an enjoyable ride that is flawed yet creative, demonstrating that silence can be golden in comedy.
It’s difficult to think of a more foolish Hindi film concept than a 116-minute dialogue-free comedy, according to Rahul Desai of The Hollywood Reporter India.
Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express gave it a 0/5 rating. She asks, “What happened to Sohum Shah, the actor who left such an impact in Ship of Theseus and played the lead so assuredly in Tumbbad?”
Nushrratt Bharrucha is the only thing keeping this absurd comedy afloat, according to BH Harsh of Cinema Express, who rated it two stars out of five.
Ufff Yeh Siyapaa is as headache-inducing as an out-of-tune brass band, according to Deepa Gahlot of Rediff.com, who gave it two stars out of five.
The only thing that sets this film apart, according to Nandini Ramnath of Scroll. is its absence of dialogue. Beyond its gimmick, G Ashok’s Ufff Yeh Siyapaa has no purpose.
Despite all of its shortcomings, Devesh Sharma of Filmfare gave it a rating of 2.5 out of 5, writing that Ufff Yeh Siyapaa deserves recognition for defying convention and trying the unimaginable in the current Bollywood scene. Even though it is a bit of rubbish, it serves as a reminder that messy experimentation is still feasible.
