Story of the film
Sunil Khanna, who is from an upper-middle-class family, resides with his parents, a younger sister, and his parents. As an Assistant Sales Manager, he gets hired by Dhabawala & Dhabawala. Now, his parents want him to settle down and get married. Together with his friend Mehra and his daughter Kala, Umesh’s parents meet. They support Kala. They are unaware that Sunil has fallen in love with Beena, an attractive young woman whom he met. Sunil initially refuses when instructed to marry Kala at all costs, but eventually falls and does so.
After sadly considering his future with Kala, Sunil thinks that he can remain married while still having a love life, and so he chooses to take Beena as his mistress. Will Beena, however, accept to taking a backseat and serving as mistress?
