Ek Chhotisi Love Story Movie Story

A lovely older woman who resides in a nearby apartment building has been the target of a boy’s spying activities. Every night, he watches her through a telescope as she goes about her routine. He goes to see her at work to fix cassettes in an attempt to get to know her better. To hear her voice, he also makes an anonymous call to her.

When he finds out that her apartment complex’s milk deliveries are having issues, he accepts the delivery job in order to be nearer to her. One evening, he witnesses her coming home from her most recent breakup, spilling a bottle of milk, and then sobbing over yet another lost relationship. He queries his grandmother later on, “Why do people cry?”

She confronts the boy who has been following her and reveals that he has been seeing her, that he has been seeing her cry, and that he has been watching her after becoming irate at being dismissed from the job and the breakup. She sets up her bed that night so the lad can see her with a different boyfriend. She informs him that there is someone watching them from across the room when they get into bed. When he walks downstairs, the boyfriend yells out to him from the street and throws a punch to his face for snooping.

Delivering milk the following day, the youngster confesses his love for her and says he doesn’t ask for anything in return. Feelings overwhelming, he dashes to the building’s roof, then heads back to her apartment to ask her out on a date, which she graciously accepts. She finds out that the lad has been spying on her for a year and that he has been stealing letters her boyfriend had sent her while they are out on a date at a cafe. She gets offended at first, but she quickly gets over it. She tells him that only sex exists in response to his previous proclamation of love. She demonstrates to him how a lover caresses her hands.

When he gives her a tiny gift later that evening at her apartment after she takes a shower, she responds that she isn’t a good person and isn’t deserving of gifts. He screams with pleasure as she crouchs in front of him and places his hands on her thighs. She warns him that love just gives us fleeting joy. Later, when she orders him to tidy up, he flees, feeling hurt and humiliated. Feeling bad, the woman tries to talk to him through her window, waving a sign and gesturing for him to contact her, but she gets no answer. He uses a razor blade to slit his wrists back in his apartment.

When she returns to his apartment later to get the coat he left behind, his grandmother tells her that he attempted suicide and was hospitalized. She says, “I think I hurt him.” to her. After pointing out the room and his telescope to her, his grandmother says, “He loved you very much.”

She can’t find him in the upcoming days. She is obviously concerned for his well-being since when she attempts to look for him using the name his grandma gave her, it turns out to be a phony name.

She answers a phone call one night, believing it is from him, and realizes he was right about love (the call is actually from someone having phone problems). She has been waiting for him to return for days, observing his window through her binoculars. His grandmother escorts her to his room when she gets to his apartment, where she finds him sleeping with his wrists still bandaged. She is kept from approaching him too closely by the grandma, who even forbids her from touching his bandaged wrist.

When she sees the telescope, she turns to face her own apartment and imagines what the person on the other end of the line must have witnessed her return home, spill the milk, and cry over yet another broken love. Then she shuts her eyes and visualizes him comforting her from inside her apartment.
