Story of the film
Police Inspector Vikram’s arrest for drug possession is a fitting reward for his integrity, diligence, and hard work. His mother is shocked and dies right away. After that, Vikram is put on trial, found guilty, and given a multi-year jail term. Since he now understands that honesty does not pay, he gets the information and abilities necessary to become a career criminal while inside.
He is unaware that this may incite his own brother, Inspector Amar, who has likewise inherited Vikram’s integrity and commitment.

Many people questioned Govinda why he was playing such a little part in such a bad movie when it came out. Govinda clarified that Dalwinder, the movie’s producer, came to sign her to the project. Govinda claimed he couldn’t do the movie and had no dates. Govinda was instructed by Dalwinder to simply respond “yes,” and he would take care of the rest. Dalwinder was waiting for Govinda when he got to his residence at three in the morning later that night. Govinda signed the movie without even hearing Dalwinder’s part because he was so moved by his enthusiasm. Govinda continued filming bits and pieces here and there throughout the following year. Nothing about the movie was visible to him.
He understood why Dalwinder signed him once he eventually viewed the movie. Dalwinder was using the movie to establish himself as a hero. In the movie, he wanted a sellable hero. This was done in order for the distributors to purchase the movie. However, Dalwinder focused solely on his own and Shashi Kapoor’s roles in the movie. “Bhai Ho To Aisa” would have been a better title for the movie, Govinda quipped.
