Reviews of the film :
This film reviews are mostly negative from critics.
Critics reviews :
- Meena Iyer from Times of India gave only 1.5 star out of 5 star and stated that “Lakwa (Sunny Deol) with a ridiculous North-Indian accent, sporting an unibrow and facial fuzz shows up in a wasted special appearance. Shilpa Shetty Kundra, the producer, shakes her booty in an item song with the end credits. After you have bitten this bullet for two hours, her dance soothes you, albeit for a wee bit.”
- Taran Adarsh from Bollywood Hungama also gave 1.5 star from 5 star and writes that “On the whole, DISHKIYAOON misses the mark!”
- Shubhra Gupta from Indianexpress gave only half star and criticize the makers by mentined that “Seeking a comeback, Harman Baweja is given a stubble and an unsympathetic father and a misunderstood childhood. Despite all of this, he leaves as little impact as he has before.”
- Nishi Tiwari from rediff.com gave 2 star from 5 star and noted that “Dishkiyaoon shoots itself in the foot, The comic punches in Dishkiyaoon are too few and far between, plot twists make little sense and are saddled with glaring loopholes.”
