Story of the film
A disturbed kid named Pradeep Menon attends a boarding school in Ooty, in the Nilgiris. He is viewed as a troublemaker and frequently receives harsh punishment from his teachers and headmaster. He makes fun of the attractive Daisy Thomas on her first day at school when she enrolls, which sets off a series of mishaps that earn him extra punishment. He gets closer to Daisy because of this, and they find each other attractive.
Pradeep is assisted by Daisy. She is horrified to see how disrespectful he is to Malathi Menon, his mother, but she is unable to stop it. She subsequently finds out that his mother’s decision to remarry following his father’s passing and her decreased time spent with him were the causes of his animosity.
When Malathi is hospitalized, things drastically improve because Pradeep starts visiting her, which strengthens their bond. Pradeep begins to positively respond to Daisy’s assistance and is prepared to turn a new leaf.
Then, when Pradeep sees Daisy in James’ arms, his entire world is turned upside down. As a result of being shocked by this, Pradeep returns to his self-destructive behavior and isolates himself from everyone.
Later, he finds out that Daisy is dying and that James is her older brother. His mother dies, and things take a bad turn. He quickly loses Daisy as well. He finds comfort in James by the time the movie is through.
