Story of the film
Janki Devi is a young widow who works all day to provide her children a good education. She has two children: a daughter named Aarti and a son named Anil. But the malevolent Thakur is pursuing her and attempting to harass her. Anil murders the Thakur because he cannot stand to see this. Janki Devi makes her son flee and then places the guilt on her own shoulders. Anil flees, gets into an accident, and becomes amnesic.
The court releases Janki Devi, and her brother provides her with shelter; yet, she is forced to live with her sister-in-law’s continual torment. Janki’s daughter has grown up after working long hours at a factory during the day and at her brother’s house at night for almost twenty years. Raised in an orphanage, Anil (now known as Ravi) is an engineer employed at the same industry where his mother works as a worker.
Thakur’s son Shakti Singh oversees Dhaniram Estates as manager. Nisha, the stunning daughter of Dhaniram’s owner, finds Ravi attractive. Shakti phones his partner Maniram in Hyderabad as he notices that Nisha is edging away from him. Maniram is Dhaniram’s twin brother, but their personalities couldn’t be more dissimilar. The young lovers are kept apart by barriers made by Maniram and Shakti Singh, while Aarti and Janki are also involved in fate. In the end, the long-lost family is reunited as good defeats evil.
