Ram Shastra Movie is a 1995 Bollywood action film directer is Sanjay Gupta. This film leading star cast are Jackie Shroff, Aditya Pancholi, Manisha Koirala and Deepti Bhatnagar. The movie is an unofficial remake of 1990 movie Hard To Kill which was already earlier remade in Hindi in 1994 as Cheetah.

Ram Shastra Movie Story :
Dhonga, a wealthy criminal, plans on assassinating the Police Commissioner (Dara Singh), but his attack is foiled with his younger brother being killed by Ram Sinha (Jackie Shroff), an unemployed individual. Dhonga goes to prison for five years and swears to avenge the humiliation and murder of his brother. Ram Sinha becomes an inspector, joining fellow inspector Kavi (Aditya Pancholi) in imprisoning various drug dealers and pimps, including those who work for Dhonga. While Ram marries Kavi’s sister Anjali and fathers a son, Dhonga returns from prison and plots to legally run his criminal empire with the help of some cops and his lawyer Srivastav (Alok Nath), aiming to get the respect of the Police Commissioner. Dhonga’s other brother Satpal (Mukesh Rishi) hatches a plot to murder Anjali, and plants heroin and cocaine in his house, so that Ram gets arrested. Ram escapes his arrest with the help of Ritu, proves his innocence to the Commissioner, and kills all his enemies while rescuing his son and Kavi, who both were kidnapped by Dhonga.
The Police Commissioner’s (Dara Singh) life is saved by an unemployed youth, Ram Sinha (Jackie Shroff), who later on, with the Commissioner’s recommendation, becomes an Inspector. The Commissioner’s assailant, Dhonga the great, gets five years in prison, and swears to avenge this humiliation, and the death of his brother. In the meantime, Ram meets, falls in love and marries Anjali (Manisha Koirala), who is the sister of his fellow-inspector, Kavi (Aditya Pancholi), and subsequently gives birth to a baby boy.
Years later Dhonga comes out of jail and starts his vengeance and vendetta against Ram, in such a way that Ram himself becomes a fugitive from justice for trafficking drugs, and subsequent escape from prison, his wife is killed, his son is missing and the Commissioner has lost faith in him. Also Kavi has been abducted by Dhonga and his men, until such time Ram surrenders to Dhonga.
