Story of The Film:

The main focus of Maximum is the struggle for dominance between two of Mumbai Police’s best encounter specialists. Mumbai in 2003 is the setting for the film. Politics, land deals, phony meetings, and bad money are all part of this battle. Sonu Sood’s character Pundit and Naseruddin Shah’s character Inamdar vie for dominance. Each splits the Mumbai police and murders the other’s informants. Pundit is suspended after being framed by Inamdar and his superiors. With the assistance of a minister named Tiwari (Vinay Pathak), the pundit returns to the force. Following the bombing in Mumbai, Pundit is restored and Inamdar is dismissed.

Tiwari is in charge of the polls in the interim. His accomplices are shot one evening while he is at home. When he checks, he discovers that Pundit is the guilty party. Tiwari is shot by a pundit.

The flashback shows that Supriya (Neha Dhupia) is shot at when Pundit and his wife are traveling. His automobile crashes into a forest in the commotion. He then claims that they were Niranjan’s people and shoots everyone.

However, upon his return, he discovers that his wife has passed away. Then it is revealed that Tiwari received 700 million from Pundit’s adversaries and an offer from the Home Ministry to kill Pundit. Instead, Pundit’s wife was killed by his soldiers. Pundit shot Tiwari for that reason.

Prior to his demise, Tiwari acknowledges that his actions were wrong. The pundit queries whether his supervisor, Subodh, was aware of this. At last, Tiwari is shot by Pundit.

A reporter receives property documents from a pundit. He is informed by the reporter that once this is made public, there is no turning back. According to the pundit, he has no desire to go back. The pundit leaves the city with the reporter and his daughter. In the meantime, they are being fired upon by Inamdar and his troops. Both sides lose a lot of people. The train is set to begin in the meantime. Along with his brother and the reporter, the pundit sends his daughter to catch the train. Despite her reluctance, she leaves without him. Both Pundit and Inamdar are shot during the ensuing open shootout.

A badly hurt pundit rushes to meet his daughter at the train. Inamdar shoots him before he can accomplish this. He is able to shoot Inamdar before he dies. Before passing away, the pundit takes one final glimpse at his daughter.

This movie was totally time-wasting film

Screenplay is good storyline is bad direction is worst editing is barely average

Songs are not that good

Performances are some good and some bad

Sonu did well nasserudin is good in negative character they only make a impact no one else

Neha is OK but she would have been better arya failed Amit is really awkward in a small role vinay does bad and other actors are really bad

Don’t use too much time on this crap

Ending was so depressing as why did Sonu died which made me hated the movie so badly
