In a television interview with Amrita, wealthy Mumbai-based widower businessman, Deshraj Diwan (Ram Kapoor), indicates his dissatisfaction with today’s youth, criticizing them of being inconsistent, unable to work in any one place, and disrespectful. He has formed this view after he employed his only child, a daughter, Ritu (Amrita Rao), as a Management Trainee, and is displeased with her performance. His displeasure with her will increase when she will introduce him to the man she has fallen in love with – Sahil Rastogi – a Versova-based middle-classed underemployed male, who was unable to keep his architectural job, and instead prefers to freelance as a cartoonist. Deshraj then comes up with a plan that will ensure Sahil’s exit from his daughter’s life once and for all.

Love U…Mr. Kalakaar! Movie Review :
This film review are Mostly Positive from Critics, IMDB Public Reviewing site give 5.3 Star Out Of 10 Star with Reviewers are 422.
If we put aside terrible male performances (nothing unexpected) and age old theme, this movie is still enjoyable. Why? I think because of the acting of Amrita Rao. Man, what lovely expressions she gives! Reminds me of Kiran Vairale. I loved her acting in Jolly LLB and Singh Sahab the great as well… basically every movie. It’s just expressions. They show certain dignity, a standard. Hint at an undiscovered, unchangeable, not-for-sale personality that’s her real life one. Such an aura can never be created by “commercial” actresses.
Two more actresses of somewhat similar theme are: Swaroop Sampat & Sucheta Khanna
Critics Rating by Taran Adarsh, from Bollywood Hungama give 1.5 star out of 5 Star.
