Story of the film :
Rohit (Atul Agnihotri) and Vijay (Ayub Kha) are two small criminals who extort money from truckers by becoming police officers. When Inspector Ajay Sinha (Krishan Oberoi) caught both of them, arrests them and put them in a Jail.
Both are escape with the help of another jailbird while the police is search of them. Tjailbird is shot and killed, but not before he gives them the contact information for underworld Don, Pukhraj Mahadevan (Suresh Oberoi).
They contact Pukhraj and joined with him to rob a bank. Ajay Sinha sees Pukhraj in the getaway car, and immediately arrests him. However, the sharp-minded Pukhraj not only manages to win a “not guilty” verdict in Court, but also manages to embarrass Ajay in the eyes of his superiors and the Courts.
Ajay Sinha must now must come up with a fool-proof plan to arrest Pukhraj with the help of newest recruits Rohit and Vijay. How Ajay Sinha with the Help of Rohit and Vijay arrest Pukhraj is the climax of the film.
