Review of the film

Khel Khel Mein, according to a Bollywood Hungama critic, is a 3.5-star movie with a unique plot that is entertaining and features outstanding acting.

Although Khel Khel Mein has some minor issues, Dhaval Roy of The Times of India gave it a 3.5 star rating, saying that it’s still worth seeing, especially with a group of friends, because of its clever narrative, tight direction, and acting. But play at your own risk if this game inspires you too much!

Hindu Tushar Joshi Today gave Khel Khel Mein a 3.5-star rating and said it’s a pleasant family comedy with a moral. on is the perfect purchase for anyone searching for a clean comedy on Independence Day that doesn’t rely on one-liners full of innuendo and double meanings.

According to Titas Chowdhury of News18, who gave the movie a rating of 3.5 stars out of 5, Akshay Kumar is the main cohesive element of this enjoyable comedy. Show stealer Taapsee Pannu makes an appearance.

The chemistry amongst the quirky group of actors works in bits and starts, but Fardeen Khan’s caustic wit, Taapsee’s awkward comedienne, and Akshay Kumar’s knack for gab shine through, as per Sukanya Verma, rated 3 out of 5 star rating(Rediff.com).

Times Now’s Tanmayi Savadi gave the movie a three-star rating and noted that Khel Khel Mein alternates between drama and humor. It’s an enjoyable product all around. If seen objectively, this film—which may have a sequel—might be entertaining.

Firstpost’s Vinamra Mathur gave the movie a 2.5-star rating, saying that its second half—which is sadly marred by what is best defined as the Mood Swing syndrome—undoes the whole picture. The film’s narrative jitters are only relatable to those who suffer from extreme mood swings.
