Jolly LLB movie is a 2013 Bollywood Hindi-language black comedy-drama film, writer/directer is Subhash Kapoor and Produced under the banner of Fox Star Studios.
The film leading stars cast are Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani and Amrita Rao. The theatrical trailer was revealed on 8 January 2013 film released on 15th March, 2013 with positive critics reviews and also Box office successful film. Arshad Warsi appreciated for his acting and also this was one of his solo hits.
The film story revolves around the early life of lawyer Jagdish Tyagi a.k.a. Jolly and focuses on his attempt to earn six innocent wage earners their rights and his journey against the monopolistic behavior of the rich and judicial corruption. The film is inspired by the 1999 hit-and-run case of Sanjeev Nanda and a minor reference to Priyadarshini Mattoo case.

The film music composer is Krsna. Lyricist is Subhash Kapoor and Vayu (for “Jhooth Boliya”). The first song promo, “Mere Toh L Lag Gaye” by Bappi Lahiri, was released on 13 February 2013.
In the music album, the song has been cut into two different songs, one titled “Law Lag Gaye” while the other “L Lag Gaye”. The second song promo, “Jhooth Boliya” by Kamal Khan was released on 15 February 2013. The full music album was released on 22 February 2013 under the banner of T-Series. It consists of eight songs.

Sequel : Jolly LLB 2
A sequel, Jolly LLB 2 was released in February 2017, in which Akshay Kumar replacing the Arshad Warsi and Huma Qureshi as a lead actress while Saurabh Shukla reprising his role.
Remake :
The film has been remade in Tamil as Manithan (2016) was too dark in tone, compared to the original film which is light hearted comedy and in Telugu remake film titled- Sapthagiri LLB (2017).
