Dhobi Ghat Movie Review :
This film review are Mostly Positive from Critics, IMDB Public Reviewing site give 7.0 Star Out Of 10 Star with Reviewers are 12,412.
This movie isn’t for your average Indian movie goer who are used to larger than life stale movies that Bollywood churns out every other week. This movie will only appeal to a very niche audience and that’s how it was meant to be.
The story follows the lives of 4 protagonists and how their lives meet and get separated in the bustling city of Mumbai. This movie is about love, longing, desire, passion and above all, about life.
It’s not a flawless film. There are some loose ends. But if you choose to ignore them, this is a good watch. Has a poetic feel to it, sometimes forced, but mostly natural. Not Aamir Khan’s best performance, he was strictly okay. Monica Dogra was a revelation. Prateik did justice to his part. But the movie belongs to Kriti Malhotra and Kiran Rao. Some of the sequences are delightful.
User ratings , from Bollywood Hungama give 2.5 star out of 5 Star.
