Chandni Chowk to China Movie is an 2009 Indian Bollywood action comedy film,directer is Nikkhil Advani and stars are Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. with Mithun Chakraborty and Hong Kong action cinema actor Gordon Liu among the co-stars. In addition to being shot in China, many parts of the film were shot in Bangkok, Thailand, although some of the China scenes were shot in sets in the Shanghai Film Studio. The film revolves around a vegetable cutter from Chandni Chowk in Delhi who finds himself on an adventure in China after the residents of an oppressed village deem him to be the reincarnation of a slain Chinese revolutionary.
Distributed in the U.S. and co-producer is Warner Bros., it is the third Bollywood movie made and distributed in partnership with a major Hollywood studio, following Sony’s Saawariya (2007) and Walt Disney Pictures’ animated feature Roadside Romeo (2008). It is Warner Bros. Pictures’ first Hindi film. Released on 16 January 2009, it was the third highest-grossing film of the year at the Indian Box Office.

Story of The Film :
Based in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, orphaned Sidhu is adopted by the owner of Bajrang Bali Parathas, known simply as Dada. Years later Sidhu has grown up and is an expert at slicing vegetables. When his Chinese friend and Philosopher, Chopstick, cons him into believing that he is the reincarnation of Liu Sheung, a slain Chinese revolutionary, Sidhu takes it upon himself to travel to the Zhange district where he will be forced to confront a deadly female assassin by the name of Suzy; be befriended by a semi-crazed beggar; and must face humiliation and possible death at the hands of the virtually indestructible Hojo.

This film review are Mostly Positive from Critics, IMDB Public Reviewing site give 4.0 Star Out Of 10 Star with Reviewers are 7837.
Akshay has reached a super stardom. But he has become over confident of his stature today. He’s taking his fans for granted! This movie like Tashan is an utter disappointment! High time Akshay gives his fans movies that are memorable, spectacular and remarkable rather than these mindless ones!
There are couple of scenes in the movie which surely tickles your funny bone to the core! But, the way the story drags and too many coincidences gets you on your nerves.
Initially the movie picks up alright. But, gradually you begin to start looking at your watch or at least start yawning!
Although Akshay delivers his usual best, it feels he’s wasting his talent in such mindless movies. All other actors are acted okay, but finally the storyline, humor or the narration doesn’t give that punch.
Today’s audiences need some realistic movies & not stupid ones like this!
