Story of the film

Vikram, often known as Vicky, was raised by foster parents in a tiny village and travels to Bombay, a large city, in search of his fortune. He hopes to become wealthy soon, and he is fortunate to be hired by Masterji, a politician turned criminal, thanks to his daring, confidence, good looks, and good fortune. He also falls in love with flowers and meets Anita, a bar dancer. To be sure of his ability, Masterji begins him out with small crimes. Vicky quickly gains the respect of Masterji and his associates thanks to his diligence and hard work, especially Vinayak More, one of Masterji’s most trusted men.

He quickly becomes into Bambai ka Babu. Next, Vicky is given the easy task of defeating Jaya Shetty, Masterji’s adversary. Then, in order to help Masterji, Jaya is asked to become friends with him rather than being rid of. Vicky, however, quickly finds out about Masterji and Jaya’s scheme to instigate communal conflict in order to subtly win the elections, and he makes the decision to foil their schemes. Vicky’s death at all costs is ordered by Masterji, who is furious about this. There is nothing for Vicky to do but live in constant fear since Jaya and Masterji’s men would eventually find him.

Meanwhile, Amit, Vicky’s stepbrother in his hometown, learns of everything happening in Bombay and makes plans to travel there in order to locate Vicky and return him home. After falling in love with Neha, a freelance press photographer, he joins forces with her to track down Vicky. They quickly find out that everyone thinks Vicky is dead, having been killed in an act of communal violence and having his charred body and possessions in the mortuary. Amit disagrees, though, since he cannot locate the necklace he gave Vicky before she departed for Bombay. When they come upon Vinayak More and Anita, they discover that Vicky is, in fact, still alive and living in hiding.

The four decide quickly to reveal Masterji and stop any further acts of communal violence in the city. Masterji becomes enraged when Neha and Amit file a complaint against him, and he orders them to be killed. When Jaya and his men attack, Vicky steps in and kills everyone but Jaya, who promptly alerts Masterji about Vicky’s survival. Now much more enraged, Masterji gives the order to kill Vicky. Vicky and his pals determine that Masterji’s discussions need to be made public. To that purpose, Neha breaks into Masterji’s home covertly and installs microphones in his phone receivers, though he is quickly apprehended.

Neha’s true identity as Masterji’s illegitimate daughter is now revealed. The criminal becomes softer as a result, yet he still locks up his daughter.

Vicky and Amit record every scheme Masterji devises over the phone from their hiding place, and they also learn that Neha has been apprehended. They bring Masterji to a desolate house by himself with More’s assistance, using the excuse that they need to meet with the chief minister of the ruling party to have discussions. Meanwhile, More deceives Jaya into demolishing Masterji’s home entirely, claiming that this is done to dispel public suspicions by leading them to believe that “Masterji was also affected by the riots”.

Meanwhile, Vicky and Amit rush to Masterji’s collapsing house to save Neha.

When Masterji gets back, his mansion has burned destroyed. However, he tracks down More and coerces him into disclosing Vicky and Amit’s location. Before they can be stopped, he discovers them, shoots More, and gives the order to beat and kill them. Anita and Neha are dragged off with force.

Amit and Vicky are severely beaten, shackled, and the gangsters set the place on fire. However, they are able to break free and flee the flames.

The girls are taken to a deserted village by the goons, who bound them with ticking time bombs. However, Amit shows up and takes out each of them individually, murdering Jaya last.

When the finale finally reaches a scene where Masterji is addressing a crowd to get their support for elections, Vicky shows up and plays the tape containing the former’s evil plans. The populace is awakened. Masterji is made to confess to his crimes by Vicky, who gives him a hard time. The public, infuriated, then gathers and roughs up the offender.

Amit and Neha and Anita arrive at the scene. When Neha sees her father, her eyes well up with tears, but Amit tells her that she doesn’t need to mourn for something that was never found. All four of them joyfully return to the heroes’ village as the movie comes to a close.
