Production
Aftab Hasnain and Dr. Prof. Kishan Pawar carefully developed Ameena’s screenplay and dialogue, which gave the story more emotional depth and reality. Kumar Raj served as both the film’s director and producer, with Dharm serving as a co-producer. A group of gifted editors and cinematographers, including David Basu, Himadri Bhattacharya, Bhupendra Singh, Chandrashekhar Prajapati, Ajay Verma, and Dwarika Mishra (Ajay), brought the visual narrative to life.
Songs/Music
A wide range of lyricists, including Praveen Koii, Lali Mishra, Dilip Sharma, Vakeel Qureshi, Vishwajeet, and Toofan Musical Group, contributed to the musical soul of the movie by infusing the soundtrack with sentiment and significance. Sujeet Sharma, Raaz, Praveen Koii, Hitesh Patel, Paresh A. Shah, and the Toofan Musical Group composed the music, and Prakash Prabhakar and Ismail Darbar created the moving background score, which gave each scene more passion and emotion.
Story of the film
Ameena examines the parallel lives of two girls from different eras: Meena, a young lady from now, and Ameena, who was born thirty-two years ago. Despite facing comparable obstacles in life, the two characters’ reactions are very different. The drama “Yahan Ameena Bikti Hai” at the Prithvi theater features Meena, an actor, as Ameena. The terrible narrative of Ameena, who was sold by her parents to an older Arab man, is poignantly depicted in the play. When Meena experiences the same fate as Ameena after appearing in the play, the story takes a sinister turn.
The movie explores issues of justice, social conventions, and the human spirit and tenacity. It brings up important issues of how women are treated and the fight for justice amid hardship.
