Story of the film
Madhav Verma represents the union with diligence, honesty, and dedication. He speaks for the vast majority of workers at a company that accepts his union. But there is a challenger in the form of Rustom Patel, who is trying to dismantle the union in order to get a majority. He would stop at nothing to achieve his goals, including using his goon Krishnan.
After an accident, Chhotelal loses his legs and needs to be admitted to the hospital. In order to obtain a larger compensation package than his normal union, Krishnan takes advantage of the circumstance and pressures Chhotelal and his brothers (Achyut Potdar and Harish Patel) to join his union. Before all reason falls way to violence, chaos, indifference, and corruption, Madhav’s values will be put to the test; thus, he must work tirelessly and maintain them continuously.
