Varsha Oberoi(Ranjeeta Kaur) is Orphaned at a very young age, and lives a wealthy lifestyle with her paternal uncle, Jain Oberoi(Om Shivpuri), in Mumbai city, and has traveled worldwide.
Varsha is in love with Vijay (Raj Babbar), a middle-classed young man, who runs a small furniture business, badly in debt, and lives with his widowed mother name (DulariVi), a younger brother, Deepu, and sister, Nanhi, who also knows the Varsha.
After Vijay is reunited with his old friend, Vikram Chawla (Deepak Parashar), who is welcomed with open arms by the entire family. then that Vijay’s business popular, he starts getting a lot of orders, earn a lots of money, pays all his debt, buy a new jeep to replace his motorbike, and moves to a new bungalow.
Then Vijay’s life is become upside down when he knows that Vikram and Varsha are getting engaged. He meets with Varsha, who tells him that she prefers marrying those who are richer and wealthier.
Vijay become Angrily over Vikram, Vikram try to convince vijay that Varsha had never really loved him.
The film climax is remains, did Varsha really love Vijay, and if so, what pressure her to change her mind?
