Story of The Film :

Employed with Paradigm Entertainment and assigned to work under Company President Ravi Agarwal by their employer, Wadhwa, two Mumbai-based rival colleagues, Rishi Malhotra and Karthik Iyer, who both had hoped to secure Ravi’s position, travel to Goa to participate in a beauty pageant ‘Miss Glamorama’. Both get attracted to a nervous contestant, Shabana Raza, and do try to outwit each other to assist her in gaining confidence – but the winner turns out to be a much taller, seasoned, and determined Rhea Dixit. Crestfallen at her loss, Shabana returns home but the duo follow her there, and are told that she likes both of them but her life and marriage is not under her control. Both will soon find out what she meant when they will be abducted by her gangster uncle, Punju Don, who intends to get her married to one of them – but first he must try and test them if they are suitable to carry on with a life of crime. The hapless duo must now try to outdo each other in trying to get out of this…

Hum Tum Shabana Movie Review :

This film review are Mostly Positive from Critics, IMDB Public Reviewing site give 6.9 Star Out Of 10 Star with Reviewers are 234.

Sagar Ballary, tasted success with his first directorial venture BHEJA FRY and then later on made some vaguely attempted comedies including the sequel of his first film. But not even one of his later ones was able to impress the viewers and HUM TUM SHABANA is also not an exception to that fact. May be the actual reason behind this is that BHEJA FRY was a scene to scene lift from a French Film and all his other films are not a blatant copy of any other Hit from the World Cinema.

Besides, his latest flick HUM TUM SHABANA is regrettably the worst attempt made by the director which is annoyingly loud, silly, irritating and a big pain especially in its second half which can easily be termed as intolerable too. The film starts off with an interesting plot of a beauty pageant where two boys from the organizer’s team are trying to win over one of their lovely contestants. But just after the first 30 minutes, the execution becomes frustrating and you are not able to enjoy anything in the entire later part of the film. Particularly its last hour can give you a severe headache with all that noise and shouting going on in the name of a comedy.
